Quality Improvement at Aliados Health supports health centers’ advancing health initiatives including cholesterol management, postpartum care, prenatal and adult immunization, well-child visits, cancer screening, and grant-funded projects. QI efforts support the design, implementation, and evaluation of systematic actions that promote the Triple Aim and lead to measurable improvements.
Supportive tools are integral to the Aliados Health Population Health Improvement Framework. Initiative-specific process improvement tools have been developed in collaboration with health center members.
