Aliados Health Certified Enrollment Counselors can answer your questions and help you apply or renew for your health insurance or CalFresh benefits. This process is confidential and provided at no cost.
Health Informatics
The Health Informatics team supports health centers in use of health information technology and population health tools through peer groups, trainings, analytics and resource tools to improve population health outcomes.
Quality Improvement
The Quality Improvement team provides support to member health centers, working to improve the population health outcomes and the experience of care for patients and staff across our region.
