Remote Patient Monitoring Sessions
Aliados Health presents two peer learning & collaboration sessions facilitated by Aliados Health consultant HuzefaDossaji. Health Centers will share best practices, workflows, and collaborate on vendor selection criteria and contribute to an RPM toolkit.
Aliados Health welcomes any Health Center RPM stakeholder staff attendees including (but not limited to) QI, Data, EMR, and other clinical or support staff.
