Each health center is invited to send 2 to 3 representatives; including program leads, waivered providers, and behavioral health providers
The event is sponsored by CCI. Agenda includes speakers, interactive lunch with facilitated table top discussions, and county reports. Panels will be facilitated by Dr. Karl Greer, Petaluma/Rohnert Park Health Center and Dr. Ninad Athale, OLE Health. Topics include sustainability, serving hard to reach populations, and the future of MAT expansion in Hub & Spoke models.
