July 25, 2018: MAVEN Project Educational Session, Rheumatology: Fibromyalgia:
The MAVEN Project is very excited to announce our upcoming Educational Sessions! As always, these sessions are presented via Zoom videoconferencing, and consist of 20-30 minutes of a presentation and 15 – 20 minutes of Q&A. Our volunteers are eager to discuss your patients, so please don’t hesitate to come with questions or cases you’d like to discuss.

Presentation Title: Fibromyalgia
Bio: Justus Fiechtner, MD, MPH has been practicing rheumatology for nearly forty years in a large multi-specialty clinic, as a hospital employee and as an owner of a single-specialty private practice. He served in the US Navy during the Vietnam War era and has been affiliated with University teaching programs since then as a teacher, professor and mentor to students, residents, and fellows. He and his wife, Karlene, live in Okemos Michigan, and have children and grandchildren in Boston and western Michigan.
