July 22, 2019: Aliados Health Heart Heroes: Self-Measured Blood Pressure
Aliados Health will host Joseph Humphry, MD of Lanai Community Health Center for a special edition presentation on self-measured blood pressure (SMBP) programs. The meeting will take place in the Aliados Health Training Room, including a Q&A session. This event is part of Aliados Health’s Heart Heroes group that meets monthly for health centers to discuss SMBP. The goal of these meetings is to learn about existing SMBP programs, share best practices, explore possibilities for implementing a program, and discuss how Aliados Health can help you through the process. Since the meeting will be at lunchtime, we encourage participants to bring a brown bag lunch. If you’d like to join via webinar, please contact Kelly Bond.
