February 2, 2018: MAVEN Project Educational Series, Neurology:
The MAVEN Project is very excited to announce our upcoming Educational Sessions! As always, these sessions are presented via Zoom videoconferencing, and consist of 20-30 minutes of a presentation and 15 – 20 minutes of Q&A. Our volunteers are eager to discuss your patients, so please don’t hesitate to come with questions or cases you’d like to discuss.

Specialty: Neurology
Bio: Dr. Root is a board-certified Neurologist based out of Arizona. He was in private practice for 33 years, and was most recently a Consulting Physician Reviewer at Aetna. He received his DO from the Kansas College of Osteopathic Medicine.
Presentation Title: Clinical Evaluation and Treatment of Dizziness
Description: Dr. Root will be reviewing the evaluation of complaints of dizziness as well as treatment options.
