Yolo County Health Centers

Yolo County ranks in the top 15% in counties in California for clinical care, accessibility to physicians and health providers, and low uninsured rate, but is the 20^th for overall health. We must all work together to improve the health of our community.¹

In Yolo County, Community Health Centers serve 17% of the population² and provide comprehensive healthcare services to the community.

With health centers and clinics in Woodland, Davis, Winters, Esparto and West Sacramento, Aliados Health member health centers have 9 sites in Yolo County. In 2018, these health centers saw over 16,300 patients for over 146,000 encounters. 58% of the patients are on MediCal, 34% of the patients are uninsured and 73% make less than 100% of the federal poverty level.³
