Marin County Health Centers

Marin County ranks #1 among 57 counties in California for the lowest percentage of uninsured adults, lowest percentage of adults reporting fair or poor health, and the lowest premature death rate.¹ However, there is a disparity in the population and a need for care for the uninsured and underserved in the county.

In Marin County, Community Health Centers serve 22% of the population² and provide comprehensive healthcare services to the community.

With health centers and clinics in San Anselmo, Mill Valley, San Rafael, Larkspur, Marin City, Point Reyes Station, Bolinas and more, Aliados Health member health centers have 20 sites in Marin County. In 2018, these health centers saw over 46,000 patients for over 276,000 encounters. 64% of the patients are on MediCal, 22% of the patients are uninsured and 33% make less than 100% of the federal poverty level.³
